To all PHATS and SPHEM Members,

Hard to believe that twelve months have passed since all of our seasons were impacted by the Covid-19 global pandemic. This has been a very trying and unpredictable time in our personal and professional lives. We hope this message finds everyone healthy and doing well.

As you all know by now, we have unfortunately had to cancel our in-person meeting in Phoenix. This decision was not taken lightly. We had really hoped we could get our group together but with all the uncertainty of health protocols, closed US/Canada border and for planning purposes we feel we have made the right decision for everyone involved.

With this being said, we are very excited about our plans to hold the 2021 PHATS/SPHEM Virtual Conference, July 14-15. Our main focus for the Virtual Conference is to interact and reconnect with our fellow members and especially our valued vendors. We really feel that getting our groups and vendors together, even virtually was really important after all of this time.

We are busy putting the final plans together for our agenda and we are excited about the platform that will provide us with a fun, interactive experience for continuing education and put major focus on our valued suppliers and the exhibit hall.

We are busy planning and hope to open registration soon!  The most current agenda, registration information and sponsorship opportunities are listed on our website. Please take a look and feel free to reach out to our administration office with any questions.

In closing we would like to acknowledge the tremendous efforts of Anita Ramsay and Natalie Grant who have had to deal with so much this past year and now have had to shift gears and help us plan a meeting setting that we are all new to. Their guidance through all of this has been invaluable.
