Myles Hirayama joined the Kings in 2006 and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Trainer. His responsibilities include rehabbing injured players and performing everyday maintenance of players preparing them for practices and for games. He travels with the team full-time.
Before joining the Kings, Hirayama worked for the Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL. With the Ice Dogs, he served as both an Assistant Athletic Trainer (2004-2005) and Head Athletic Trainer (2005-2006).
Hirayama is a native of Southern California and he attended California State University Long Beach where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology emphasizing Athletic Training.
