If you are employed full-time,* with a Jr. Hockey League level team or above, as an Athletic Trainer or Equipment Manager, and would like to join our ranks, please click on the appropriate registration form above. The Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers Society and the Society of Professional Hockey Equipment Managers are dedicated to promoting the highest standards throughout professional hockey. PHATS & SPHEM work together to advance the interests of athletic trainers and equipment managers at all levels.

As an Athletic Trainer or Equipment Manager in hockey, you are eligible to join PHATS/SPHEM. Membership offers you the chance to interact with hundreds of other athletic trainers and equipment managers currently working in hockey.
